We have been mandated by our client which is a well-established large size diamond & Jewellery export company to scout for General Manager- Outsourcing with a strong execution and growth mind-set to lead organizations key manufacturing and outsourcing activities
Job title: General Manager - Outsourcing
Location: Mumbai
Industry Preference: Gems and Jewellery
Job Requirement:
- 10 to 15 Years Manufacturing and processing Experience
- QC knowledge
- Excellent Understanding of Gems and Jewellery industry
- Should have sound understanding of business outsourcing
- Should have good understanding of Pricing and Labour laws
- Should have sound knowledge of Compliance within Gems and Jewellery Industry
- Experience of handling a large Team (both in-house and outsourced)
- Relationship building with outsourcing partners to execute orders
- Should have nice understanding of price negotiations with vendors
