Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver friendly, professional service to every guest, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, and lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations. You will manage the service counter and cash/POS functions, supervise and train staff, and use basic computer skills to operate the restaurant's software (reservations, POS, scheduling, inventory, email and spreadsheets).

Key responsibilities



Greet guests and handle customer queries or complaints with a pleasant, solution-oriented approach. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, pricing and daily specials. Supervise, schedule and coach front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards. Oversee counter operations, cash handling and POS reconciliation. Use basic computer applications and the restaurant's management software for reservations, inventory, rosters and reporting. Monitor service flow, coordinate with kitchen staff, and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.

Skills & experience



Strong customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets). Leadership experience in a hospitality or food-service environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
