Job Description


1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the business goals of the company.

2. Market Analysis: Identify new marketing opportunities through market, schools and consumer research and design suitable and innovative campaigns to improve the brand visibility, availability, and usage.

3. Product Promotions: Collaborate with the Product Management Team and lead the development of appropriate promotional materials and campaigns to support the new product launches and the ongoing sales efforts.

4. Integrated Marketing Communication:

a. Create campaign calendars for ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns.

b. Coordinate with the associated media & campaign agencies, PMG, and Sales Team.

c. Develop appropriate ATL & BTL communication plan including new Digital Media to increase brand awareness.

d. Liaison with advertising agency for the development of appropriate communication material and films.

e. Plan and negotiate with media agencies media releases as per the marketing calendar.

f. Liaison with PR agency for creation and timely release of news bulletins. Monitor the reach and effectiveness of the PR releases.

5. ROI & KPIs: Monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and assess the achievement against the goals.

6. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company\'s brand image, ensuring consistency of communication in the marketing material and campaigns.

7. Event Management and Trade Shows: Scan the important trade/consumer exhibitions and big school events to promote the products through participation.

8. Budget Management: Create marketing budget and manage it effectively ensuring maximum impact.

9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

10. Competitor Monitoring: Keep a tab at the competitive activities and emerging market trends. Help management take appropriate strategic decisions in combating the competition and staying in tune with the arising trends.
