General Manager Marketing with a leading Building Material Company
Responsibilities :
- Impactful Launch & Grow Market share for new business.
- Work and execute the AOPs within the defined budgets.
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives within the group marketing team.
- Focus on lead generation activities to drive customer acquisition.
- Planning and execution of marketing programs. Competitive analysis, customer segment selection, market penetration plans and product positioning (cross selling and up selling).
- Directing entire brand architecture & strategy - brand positioning for Go-to-market strategy.
- Conceptualize, launch and successfully establish the new brand.
- Driving Media planning and strategy which also includes buying across online and offline mediums like Print, Radio, TV Cinema, Out of Home, and trade Magazines.
- Develop effective B2C and B2B marketing initiatives including brand promotions, marketing campaigns, exhibitions& trade events, industry partnerships, and loyalty programs for Domestic market.
- Conceptualizing and executing participation at Exhibitions, symposiums, trade fairs in the Domestic markets.
- Develop short and long-term strategic plans including annual marketing plans, media, promotion and innovation strategy with budget responsibility.
- Formulate, track & maintain marketing plan for ATL, BTL & Digital initiatives.
- Supervise entire marketing communication activities in coordination with Creative, Media, PR, Research, Digital, Event/BTL Design, Production Agencies.
