Has been created to craft contemporary, luxury vacations for discerning travelers which offers high- end luxury homestays across holiday destinations, in India and South-East Asia.

- Should have obsessive focus on clearly measurable RO.

- Exceptional communicator, speaking and writing clearly, concisely, and compellingly.

- Ability to be autonomously productive in an unstructured environment with little oversight from senior management.

- Comfortable with structuring and conducting quantitative analysis to develop data driven decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact of our partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

- Build the core marketing strategy for scaling up the business. Develop focused marketing strategies for the category and ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential.

- Develop and execute marketing and user acquisition strategies to drive long term profitable growth

- Strong knowledge of traffic channels - social media, display, and search channel strategy for driving user acquisition and brand visibility

- Build and lead a team of campaign managers, media buyers and analysts. Allocate marketing resources to different campaigns based on budget.

- Have a measurement driven mindset to measure, optimize and scale new advertising and organic growth channels.

- Lead the Brand team to define brand position and build brand

- Conceptualize and organize the marketing events

- Own production of creative assets

- Ensure full understanding of changing trade dynamics and development in the real estate industry, in order to recommend effective sales & marketing strategies that will give the Company a competitive edge.

- Design and monitor a competitive activity feedback report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the luxury and real estate sector, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes.

- Execute as per plan by proper communication down the line to Marketing team

- Tracking and monitoring of the same through proper tracking mechanism

- Planning and execution of occasion / festival / event - based promos / programs

- Create and implement the Group\'s marketing strategy

- Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plan in line with company strategic objectives

- Identifies marketing opportunities by defining market & market trends, analyzing competitors\' strengths and weaknesses

- Develop and implement brand positioning, strategy and corporate identity

- Advise on brand strategy, specifically as it relates to brand architecture design

Finance accountability

- Prepare the cost budget and marketing calendar for the year keeping in mind the projected growth in sales and the long-term objectives of the organization

- Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff (including pricing and service strategies)

- Prepare and adhere to marketing team budgets

- Budget review presentation structure and content for strategic planning input

Cost and process compliance:

- Budgeting for marketing spends across all channels / regions

- Process / Policies / Protocol to comply with specified requirements on Marketing

- Prepare data analysis of effectiveness of money spent

- Continuous research both internally and externally

- Lead market research to uncover client needs in order to develop the service portfolio for the group. Evaluating both current and new service offerings.

- Lead the Client Review process for the group to gather and analyze customer insight to input into Operations and Marketing strategy

- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback

- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications

- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Digital portfolio

- Flawlessly execute creative marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions across various channels, including on- site merchandising, landing pages, email and more.

- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms, including social media

- Creating a wide range of different marketing collateral and overseeing the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials

People management

- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position the business as leading & innovative

- Motivate, delegate and empower appropriately, enabling direct reports to take responsibility and display creativity, initiative and commercial acumen

- Mentor the Marketing Senior Manager to execute the function efficiently
