Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service Management
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, food handling, and sanitation regulations.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of quality supplies.
Monitor and manage restaurant maintenance and cleanliness.
Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff across kitchen, service, and administration.
Conduct daily briefings and regular team meetings.
Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and handle staff performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and professional work environment to reduce turnover.
Customer Experience
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints or feedback promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
Financial & Inventory Control
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
Oversee cash handling, billing, and banking procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and ordering efficiency.
Marketing & Business Growth
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and online reputation management.
Coordinate with marketing and HR departments for special events, parties, and conferences.
Develop new ideas to improve sales and enhance customer experience.
Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with all statutory and company policies (FSSAI, labor laws, etc.).
Maintain all operational documentation and licenses up to date.
Coordinate with HR for hiring, payroll, and disciplinary actions.
