Job Description
:
- Business law: Contract drafting and negotiation, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and securities regulations.
- Real estate law: Leasing agreements, property transactions, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Employment law: Employee contracts, workplace policies, discrimination laws, and labour regulations.
- Tax law: Advising clients on tax planning, compliance with tax laws and regulations, and representing clients in tax disputes.
- Regulatory compliance: Advising clients on regulatory compliance with laws and regulations that govern their industries, such as environmental regulations, data privacy laws, and securities laws.
- International law: Advising clients on cross-border transactions, international trade laws, and international business agreements.
