Location: Services Office, Mumbai, with occasional travel of 10-20%.

Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to liaise across functions, engage with senior management, and build strong relationships internally and externally.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in technology tools for learning and demonstrated experience in LMS adoption and penetration.

Promotions and Growth: Focus on internal promotions, development, and growth strategies within the organization.

High-Potential Programs: Experience in driving and managing high-potential programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and impact assessment.

Training & Presentation Skills: Strong ability in training delivery, engaging presentations, and effective communication to drive learning initiatives.
