Role -

- Partnering with external vendors in building & implementing training strategies for the Leadership team

- Ownership for Introducing & implementing various Group Learning & Development initiatives.

- Creating Content as per the requirements.

- Build capability of Leadership team through upskilling/multiskilling for growing your own timber

- Lead the Digital learning agenda for effective implementation & learning

- Drive Operational Excellence in the Operations for achieving better consumer & client satisfaction

- Manage the various stakeholders in Operations, Client & People Team

Functional Areas

- Partner in defining the Learning & Development performance matrix for Map 5 Compass group India.

- Identifying the Training Needs on Quarterly basis and develop the T&D plan

- Creating the Annual Training Calendar for the Leadership Team based on various needs identified

- Creating content and Implementing the Training Plan for above Unit Leadership Teams.

- Conduct various Training Programs for the above Unit Leadership Teams

- Prepare the Monthly Dashboard based on the Training Matrix and present

- Partnering with external Vendors for various Training needs.

- Design the Training Effectiveness parameters & showcase the effectiveness

Identifying the Training Needs:

- Quarterly need identification based on Business objectives and performance of the T&D dept

- Identifying the IDPs for the leadership team and implement the T&D plan

- Prepare the Annual Calendar

Deliver L&D Programs:

- Program management for various trainings (invitations, feedbacks, maintaining attendance records, hotel booking, payments, etc)

Content Creation:

- Creating content and Implementing the Training Plan for above Unit Leadership Teams.

Vendor Management:

- Partnering with external vendors in building & implementing training strategies for Leadership team

Prepare Training MIS & Dashboards:

- Prepare the Monthly MIS of all the Training deliverables and effectiveness
