Lead and manage the overall sales organization of Northern Area of OCS India
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue and profitability
Manage key accounts (Japanese and local clients), including senior-level
relationship building
Acquire new air cargo, courier, and international freight business
Manage and mentor Sales Managers and branch-level teams; establish
and monitor KPIs
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and prepare business proposals
Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service to ensure service quality
Provide reporting and communication to the Japan headquarters (in English language)or freight forwarding
Proven management experience (leading a team of 5+ staff)
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Understanding of Indian business culture and customer handling
Pro-active, self-driven with strong ownership of goals and results

Experience with Japanese clients
Prior experience as Sales Manager/Branch Manager in airline/forwarder/logistics
Strong analytical and commercial skills
Japanese language skill is a plus

Salary/Compensation: Negotiable upon interview.
