We are hiring GM FINANCE for Packaging and Containers Manufacturing Company (250 CR Comp)
Manufacturing EXP is a must. Packaging and container mfg exp would be added advantage
Reporting to - CEO
Job Location - Worli (Mumbai)
Qualification - CA / ICWA
Major Key Responsibilities:
- Finance
- Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Statutory compliances
- Legal and Commercial matters
- Managing Manufacturing units
- Responsible for monthly/periodic closing of accounts
- Responsible for Budget Planning & Monitoring
- Setting up procedures & policies for budget preparation and Budget Control
- Provide support analysis and evaluation of business transactions with the profitability statement for each transaction
- Preparation and monitoring of Company Revenue Budget and 3-Year Plan and Analysis of Variations
- Design systems and processes for the smooth functioning of the dept to meet the company's requirements.
- Liasoning with Auditors-Statutory & Taxation and Company Tax Issues
- Ensuring the Bank reconciliation, Branch Reco, Suppliers, and Customer reco.
- Income Tax Act, (TDS, FBT, AR)
- Sales Tax Act of the respective states
