Business Development - General Manager
Purpose Of the Role :
- To generate new leasing opportunities/ pipeline through BD initiatives
- To develop relationships with Real Estate and Business Heads of corporates
- To network and explore opportunities with corporates to service office space requirements
- To work closely with Brookfield leasing team to evaluate servicing opportunities
- To generate new leasing pipeline for leasing team to take forward for closure
Qualification : Graduation with MBA (preferred from reputed institute)
Experience :
- Minimum 12-15 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Real Estate/ Development & associated companies (Preferably Commercial)
- Commercial transaction/ Business Development/ Customer Relationship Management/ Key Account Management (B2B environment)
Other Skills :
- Good Interpersonal & communication abilities
- Good Presentation making & delivering capabilities to prospects
- Exceptional Relationship management skills
- Existing relationships with large occupiers/corporates is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and basic financial analysis such as NPV, IRR
- A self-starter with the ability to act autonomously
