We are looking candidate for our Business Development team (Industrial Engineering). Education: Engineering Graduate preferable Chemical / Mechanical/ Industrial. Master\'s degree preferable. Years of Experience: 15+ years in a reputed engineering consultancy (at least 10 in India), including experience in Process engineering and management. Sector Expertise: Industrial Process Engineering - Industrial Plants (Manufacturing, Agrifood) / Process Plants (Pharma/Biotech/Chemical). Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Scope of Responsibilities: Business Development/BID Process Management a. Identifying, scoping, and generating new business opportunities through different channels - final client, public tenders, strategic alliances, and partnerships. b. Build-up and management of commercial relationships with both public entities (governmental agencies, public sector undertakings) and private players (clients, partners, or suppliers). c. Brand-awareness building and marketing. d. Leading bid management for Detail Engineering, PMC and EPCM opportunities in the private and public sector in accordance with the regional strategy, market opportunities, business capability and expertise. e. End to End bidding management from PQ-stage for EOI, RFQ/RFP: Bid Preparation, including applicable methodology, man-hour and cost estimation, contractual analysis, consortium agreements, competitor analysis during bid, post-submission follow-up until contract awarding negotiations.
