General Manager - Brand CommunicationsOur client is a leading company known for its innovative and dynamic approach to business; with a strong commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values creativity, strategic thinking, and the power of strong brandingScope and Summary: The role-holder will be responsible for driving the brand strategy and communication initiatives for the corporate brand. With experience in corporate branding, will play a role in shaping the company\'s image, ensuring a consistent brand identity, and effectively communicating message to various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and values. Define the brand\'s positioning, messaging, and long-term vision.- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of brand communication professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence in execution.- Corporate Branding: Manage and enhance the corporate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, including digital, print, and social media.- Campaign Management: Branding and communication campaigns to promote the company\'s products, services, and initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and media outlets.- Budget Management: Manage the brand communication budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies while achieving maximum impact.- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences, conducting market research to inform brand decisions.- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect the company\'s reputation in challenging situations.- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make data-driven improvements.- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of branding and communication efforts.Experience & Qualifications- Masters\' degree/ MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in communications/corporate branding, with a track record of success in a large company-Indian/ MNC or a well-known advertising agency.- Open to travel and relocate.- Knowledge and experience of Digital Communications.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in using analytics tools.- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
