Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent education in a related field.
