Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration)
Help nurses and doctors during examinations and basic procedures
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patients, wards, and equipment
Transfer and position patients safely (bed, wheelchair, stretcher)
Serve meals and ensure prescribed diets are followed
Collect and transport samples, reports, and medical records as required
Observe patients' conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
Support infection control practices and follow hospital safety protocols
Assist in admission, discharge, and shifting of patients
