The Management Coordination Officer plays a strategic and central role in SG Groups by acting as the key coordination link between all departments and the Management. The position ensures effective communication, smooth execution of Management decisions, structured grievance handling, and disciplined organizational functioning. This role works in close alignment with the Managing Director and operates at a PA to MD-level responsibility, requiring high levels of trust, confidentiality, multitasking ability, and accountability
