Manage company profile and product listings on the GeM portal.
Upload new products/services with proper specifications, pricing, and documentation.
Track, monitor, and participate in tenders/bids published on GeM.
Ensure timely submission of quotations and compliance with tender requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics) for bid submission and order fulfillment.
Handle order processing, contract generation, and timely dispatch of goods/services.
Maintain updated knowledge of GeM rules, policies, and amendments.
Prepare MIS reports on bids, orders, and sales activities from GeM.
Resolve queries/issues related to the GeM portal with concerned authorities.
Ensure smooth communication with government buyers and provide required support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Relevant field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in GeM portal handling or e-tendering.
Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations and government procurement guidelines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
