Role : Assistant Manager - Revenue Assurance

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Reporting : Senior Manager

Office Hours : 1pm to 10pm IST

Job Purpose: Responsible for preparation of monthly Revenue reporting and conducting various analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Performing Revenue trend analysis and ascertain detailed reasons for variances.

- Strengthening the Revenue forecasting process to ensure variances are within tolerance limits

- Engaging with Operations and CRM teams for better insights.

- Preparing presentations with commentaries and revenue walks for various review meetings and management presentations.

- Providing strong support for annual AOP/Budget preparations.

- Ad-hoc analysis, reporting and variance reasoning as per management requirements.

- Sound knowledge of MIS and reporting.

- Competition benchmarking and ascertainment of RMS and CMS.

- Identifying Revenue leakages and suggesting areas of improvement for the same.

- Should be able to manage Compliance and Audit related queries independently.

- Interaction with US Operations on regular basis with regards to various issues pertaining to invoicing. Resolving client queries with the help of Operation Managers.

- Preparation of Client invoices through internal systems and accounting the same in Oracle.

- Basic knowledge of Revenue Recognition related Accounting Standards and Policies.

- Maintenance of Chart of Accounts in Oracle

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

- Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA

- 6+ years of experience in finance

- Strong analytical, logical, interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, and PPT (Experience in and Oracle Hyperion and Power BI would be an added advantage)
