About this Position

Dynamic and results-driven trainee with relevant experience in international sales, exports, and channel development in adhesives and supply chain solutions. Skilled at identifying global growth opportunities, building distributor and customer networks, and driving sustainable revenue across key export markets through cross functional team in IMEA region. Understand the market entry strategies, and compliance management for exports with a focus on Henkel's sustainability, and customer-centric solutions.

What youll do

Drive export sales for Henkel's Adhesive Technologies in IMEA markets. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, trade analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Build and manage strong relationships with distributors and internal cross functional team. Map market potential, right product fits with trials and ensures compliance with export regulations and trade policies. Candidate would interact with different countries - Indian local team function & legal Entities to support local sales team and keep a track of business and timely deliveries support for MEA region. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to shape business development strategies.
