Oversee all academic, clinical, and research functions within the Dermatology department.
Teach and train undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD/DNB) students.
Conduct theory lectures, clinical demonstrations, and bedside teaching sessions.
Supervise thesis, dissertations, and departmental research projects.
Provide expert clinical care in outpatient and inpatient dermatology services.
Guide and support junior faculty and residents.
Ensure compliance with NMC norms and institutional academic standards.
Participate in seminars, CMEs, and interdisciplinary academic programs.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and patient care ethics.
