Oversee the daily upkeep of lawns, plants, trees, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
Team Supervision & Coordination
Supervise gardeners, helpers, and external contractors.
Assign tasks, schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and evaluate performance.
Train staff on proper gardening techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
Conduct daily briefing and coordinate with Engineering/Housekeeping for joint tasks.
Ensure proper watering, pruning, fertilizing, weeding, pest control, and plant health care.
Plan and execute seasonal planting, replanting, and landscape upgrades.
Monitor the condition of gardens and report any issues such as plant diseases, irrigation failures, or damage.
