Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3+

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will also align activities to support and supplement marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in the sales process, helping to generate leads, and move them through the pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Create and deliver lead generation campaigns (email programs, social media, account-based marketing, thought leadership, webinars, etc.).

Research and analyze target markets and target segments, map accounts to understand their needs and challenges.

Collaborate with sales executives across the group to identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads using channels such as email, phone, and social media.

Schedule appointments for sales managers and/or product managers, where needed, to further engage in proposals, presentations, negotiations and deal closure.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads; track and report on key sales metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

1+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field

Proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
