G & Ps Economic Growth Assistant Manager
Job Description
Qualification MBA (preferably from Tier 1 institutions) Experience Requirement Extensive Experience (at-least 5 years) of working with the Govt./ Govt. Consulting/ working with agencies such as the United Nations, World Bank etc. Experience of drafting Concept Notes, formulating vision strategies, DPRs, Project briefs etc. Experience of project management, implementing project monitoring tools and systems, design and execution of portals for government departments / agencies Experience in building standard operating procedures and flowcharts for process management Experience of drafting RFPs, EOIs etc. and undertaking bid process management activities Experience of organizing investment promotion summits Experience of working directly for at least three of the following social initiatives over 3 years: Poverty Alleviation, Education, Skilling, Water & Sanitation, Energy Management, Agriculture, Irrigation, Equality, Health & Nutrition, Digitisation etc. Experience of conducting Capacity Building sessions, primary surveys, and budget allocation sessions Exceptional Writing Skills, Analytical skills and hands on experience of MS Excel & Power Point is a must
