Principal Responsibilities Ensure QA System & procedures are implemented in all activities in the zone for ensuring compliance to MRL F&V Food safety standards and Regulatory requirements Ensure Continuous audits/Monitoring to ensure compliance to MRL, Food safety and regulatory requirements in all F&V activities F&V Quality benchmarking exercise as per procedure and frequency Timely Resolution of customer complaints related to Quality and food safety and regulatory requirements in order to improve customer satisfaction. Pest Control/fogging/prophylactic/ Fumigation Training and skill up gradation of QA personal for Continuous improvement management of rejection/hold/ Non- moving Materials in CC Knowledge / Education B.Sc or M.Sc agriculture Must have min 3-4 years of experience in Retail Knowledge about the regional Retail Market
