Present, demonstrate, and explain product features, materials, and design options.
Recommend furniture pieces and accessories based on customers' style, budget, and space.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary furniture and decor items to maximize sales.
2. Product Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all furniture lines, materials, finishes, and warranties.
Stay updated on current design trends, promotions, and new product arrivals.
Explain product care, maintenance, and customization options.
3. Store Presentation & Merchandising
Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with company standards.
Assist in arranging furniture displays to highlight key collections and new arrivals.
Report damaged or missing inventory items.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat and potential customers.
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
5. Sales Targets & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report sales performance, customer preferences, and market trends to management.
Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and exhibitions.
6. Teamwork & Communication
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and design teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Collaborate with other sales staff to meet store goals.
Attend sales meetings and product training sessions regularly.
