MANAGER - BRAND MARKETING
Summary:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Manager - Brand Marketing. If you are good at planning and executing those plans to the tee, this job is for you.
You will be required to:
- Own planning and delivery for all brand marketing initiatives, both online & offline.
- Crack high-impact marketing ideas with limited budgets at hand.
- Be resourceful with strong stakeholder management skills, agility, and an eye for detail.
Roles and responsibilities
Brand Strategy:
- Own the brand marketing calendar for each quarter and for the year.
- Plan for shoots, collaborations, activation, and media interventions as per the larger marketing calendar.
Social Media:
- Develop and implement social media strategy to increase online presence and improve brand awareness/consideration.
- Manage and oversee social media content. Work with cross functional teams to ensure content quality.
- Define social media KPIs. Measure success of every social media activity.
Comms. Strategy:
- Liaison with cross-functional teams to understand the communication mandate for all online and offline marketing initiatives - app/website, email/sms/push, ads, and physical stores.
- Craft the campaign brief, list of deliverables, and the network plan in line with communication objectives and KPIs.
Project Management:
- Plan and own the delivery of all required marketing collaterals, and ensure they go live as per campaign timelines.
- Work with the internal creative team and external agencies to crack ideas, concepts, and formats as per the brief, and ensure timely creation and necessary adaptations.
- Own end-2-end campaign delivery and impact across all brand initiatives.
Research & Analytics:
- Own the analytics and reporting for all brand marketing initiatives
- Periodic tracking and reporting of creative performance, including learnings & next steps
Requirements and Skill Set:
- MBA or equivalent would be ideal. But if you have a bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field with experience to boot, you will do just fine.
- At least 3 years of professional marketing experience. Experience working in online or e-commerce companies would be preferable.
- Should be skilled at project management and stakeholder management. Basic copy writing and designing skills will be an added advantage.
