You shall work alongside E-commerce's most innovative thought leaders and work to build a world- class people organization.

Role: Lead - Talent & Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Attraction :

- Lead the Talent Acquisition function and manage a team of TA Partners.

- Own the end-to-end recruiting processes by embracing new technologies. Ensure that the sourcing, recruiting, assessment, offer, onboarding and communication processes run smoothly, thus contributing to a positive candidate experience and employer equity.

- Improve the candidate experience, increase the quality of hire, decrease time to fill and foster a talent advisor mindset with stakeholders through process excellence.

- Influence, communicate, and lead outcomes with hiring managers by driving effective recruitment strategies, set expectations, and identify the skills or characteristics that lead to success in a role.

- Plan & improve Campus strategies for Young Talent Hiring.

Talent Management & Business Partnering :

- Plan & implement strategies in partnership with key stakeholders to build capability in D,E&I.

- Ensure governance on Succession Management and partner with internal teams on Successor Development.

- Ensure governance on Internal Talent Mobility & IJPs alongside HRBPs.

- Plan & implement Capability Development Programs.

- Drive talent management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units.
