Program Overview Target Audience: We invite applications from college students with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for social impact, and an interest in fundraising. This internship opportunity is available in Bangalore only. As part of your application, please include a brief write-up outlining your approach to initiating discussions with organizations to secure CSR budgets. Share your insights on effective engagement strategies and how you would contribute to our fundraising goals. Partnership with Organizations: Collaborate with organizations willing to allocate funds from their CSR budget. Student Commission Structure: Students will receive a commission up to 5%, on the funds successfully secured. Recognition and Certificates: Students completing their internship will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing their contribution to social causes. How will this help students Students will experience growth in diverse areas, including refining communication, negotiation, and networking skills through hands-on fundraising experiences. Additionally, this internship promotes personal development by urging students to venture beyond their comfort zones, take initiative, and surmount challenges. It provides an avenue for students to make meaningful contributions to causes they support, instilling a heightened sense of social responsibility. Foundation\'s Focus Areas Underprivileged School Children Support: Within the scope of this initiative, the foundation will assess the needs of the school and its students, ensuring the provision of essential support such as school uniforms, supplies, and furniture based on their requirements. Public School Infrastructure Development: Due to insufficient funding, numerous local public schools face challenges in executing essential infrastructure projects. Under this initiative, we identify the specific needs of schools and collaborate with local contractors to address these requirements within the allocated budget. Examples of such projects include constructing or repairing toilets, establishing reading rooms, and creating sports facilities. Sustainable Projects: With regard to sustainabiliity projects, we conduct educational and vocational programs focused on green skills for equipping students with the knowledge and abilities to thrive in a sustainable economy. These programs can include training in renewable energy technologies, sustainable agriculture practices, environmental conservation, and eco-friendly construction methods. Expectations from Students Fundraising Goals: In pursuit of fundraising objectives, students are anticipated to secure funds from diverse organizations, leveraging their networking abilities and individual skills.
