About the role:

Looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the founder & CEO. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and driving meeting efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Responsibilities:
Calendar & Time Management
Ability to manage complex calendars of the CEO's, including skilful management of the day-to-day operations with ad hoc inclusions and exclusions
Coordinate executive communications, including meeting notes, following up on notes/takeaways / deliverables and interfacing with stakeholders
Own all scheduling activity and manage meetings, conferences, VC's etc with smooth execution
Liaise effectively with L1 members of the CEO to skilfully parse requests/queries

Travel & Itineraries
Schedule external meetings, travel & hotel booking in collaboration with travel team.
Arrange corporate events to take place within and outside of the workplace.
Plan and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, proofread documents, reports and other materials
Report and regular dashboards preparation with insight and input to the CEO
Perform advanced, diversified and often confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
Screen all incoming calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Requirements:

Graduate with experience in a similar role with 8 + years in Tech / Fintech Start-Up's.
Proficient in GSuite Products (Gmail, Sheets, Slides etc) and social media web platforms
Proven ability and track record in working successfully with executives and teams from multi-nationals countries
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a keen attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
