About the Role:

The Real Assets Fund Services group is seeking an experienced candidate to join our Tranformation team. This

specialized team of professionals are subject matter experts on Real Assets investment management operations,

as well as the processes & technologies that support those functions. The team is responsible for leading and

delivering initiatives to implement and streamline business processes and technology usage. The successful

candidate will lead projects, manage change, and work with other functional teams (Fund Accounting, Operations,

Investor Relations) to entranch best practices within our global operating model. Candidates must demonstrate

leadership skills in coaching, motivating team members and dealing with clients and counterparts in other groups.

The successful candidate will be expected to participate in firm-wide initiatives and thought leadership

Job Duties in Brief:

\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and execute high priority strategic client projects

\xef\x82\xb7 Input into strategic discussions around technology use

\xef\x82\xb7 Integrate new technologies and product offerings into Operations

\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and implement changes to drive efficiencies and standardization

\xef\x82\xb7 Assist the PMO and champion project governance best practice

\xef\x82\xb7 Lead change management initiatives

\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global standard operating model for the team and related

functional groups/business partners.

\xef\x82\xb7 Act as the liaison between Accounting/Operations & Product/IT to translate business and client requirements

\xef\x82\xb7 Identify opportunities for automation, and write business cases/carrying out proof of concepts to support these

\xef\x82\xb7 Perform due diligence analysis for transformation and innovation projects

\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in designing and implementing data controls across Citco technologies

\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a pro-active customer focus at all times

About You:

\xef\x82\xb7 Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in one of the following or related fields: Accounting,

Finance, Information Systems; CPA or CFA preferred

\xef\x82\xb7 Fund accounting experience preferred

\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated successful delivery of complex projects

\xef\x82\xb7 3+ years real estate experience preferred

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge and experience in real estate accounting systems beneficial

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in developing/implementing/optimising business processes

\xef\x82\xb7 Analytical and integration experience involving complex data sets

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong team player who exhibits excellent communication and written skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product
