Designation: Fund Manager - Category III AIF
Qualification: CA, CFA, CS, or MBA (Finance) preferred
Certification requirement: NISM (compulsory)

Experience: 7-12 years years of post-qualification experience.
Working days: Mon to Saturday - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Salary: INR 80,000 to 1,00,000/Month
Position Overview
We invite applications from accomplished professionals for the position of Fund Manager - Category III AIF, based in Ahmedabad. The incumbent will lead the investment, operational, and compliance functions of the AIF, ensuring complete regulatory adherence in accordance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Investment & Portfolio Management

• Formulate and implement fund investment strategies aligned with the Fund's objectives and SEBI (AIF) guidelines.

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across equity, debt, and hybrid instruments.

• Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk-return parameters.

• Collaborate with the Investment Committee on portfolio allocation and decision-making.

Operations & Compliance

• Supervise end-to-end fund operations, including fund accounting, NAV computation, investor transactions, and audits.

• Ensure strict compliance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations, Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.

• Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, auditors, and legal advisors for smooth and compliant fund operations.

• Oversee preparation and submission of SEBI filings, investor communications, and disclosure reports.

Investor Relations

• Manage investor onboarding, documentation, and ongoing reporting.

• Support fundraising activities and assist in investor meetings and portfolio presentations.

Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in AIF / PMS / Investment Management / Fund Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations and fund structuring.
• Strong understanding of compliance, fund accounting, and performance analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CS, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Mandatory NISM Certification:

- NISM-Series-XIX-C: Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination
- (Preferably NISM-Series-XIX-E: Category III Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination, applicable from 2025 onward)
