Job Summary The candidate will have primary responsibility of taking full ownership of project\'s success, including but not limited to defining test scope, deployment and management of resources, scheduling defect calls and publishing test artifacts. S/he is responsible for interacting with Global IT, Business and Operations teams to provide a high quality of product to the internal and external clients and meet the agreed and expected service standards. Commitment to continuous process improvement and extracting efficiencies out of it is a must to have. Testing & Domain Competencies

• Adaptability to any test methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Iterative etc as required
• Experience in different types of testing like functional, regression, black box testing etc
• Profound understanding of trade lifecycle and financial Instruments
• Extensive knowledge on Middle Office, Fund Accounting, Pricing, Transfer Agency, Collateral & Reconciliation functions
• Experience in application like MOM, MOTO, Multifonds, Calypso etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluation using Balance Scorecards and help with career progression
• Provide constructive feedback on a timely basis
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of the assigned tasks
• Estimation & Milestone planning for the project and provide estimates for UAT
• Highlight risk and issues at management level
• Support the Project Manager(s) by contributing to the Test Plan(s) for the relevant test phases, the Test Readiness Reviews, test progress reporting, the Test Completion/Summary Reports and Test Defect Reports
• Prepare & present dashboard for strategic meetings with function owners
• Provide a strategic view of the process
• Work closely with the stakeholders or other groups in preparation and execution of the planned functional testing
• Assist in the reception and quality assurance of the business requirements, solution design and business process documents individual projects
• Conduct Defect and Client calls with quick responsiveness on high priority action items
• Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology suppliers and operational support areas in order to quickly understand requirements, resolve problems/issues, suggest solutions and identify areas for service improvement
• Understand the scope of testing and review of Requirements document and prepare the test plan based on realistic targets
• Track the schedule and testing progress and be accountable for the tasks and releases
• Promote innovative solution for challenging deliveries
• Imbibe transparency and recognize, reward, promote within the team based on performance
• Able to handle a team of more than 8 resources

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Commerce
• 08-10 years of experience in testing lifecycle in Investment Banking domain
• Minimum 8 years of hands on experience in Securities and Fund Services domain
• Minimum 4 years of people management experience
