Job Description

Provide testing services for one or more applications or projects within the Testing Tower. Responsibilities include activities under test design and execution, such as system testing, which covers test planning, test design, and test execution to ensure end-to-end functionality. Integration testing involves verifying the functionality of modules in an integrated environment. Regression testing includes manual or automated testing of a subset of existing test scripts to ensure continued system functionality.Participate in daily stand-up meetings and defect triage calls. Responsible for collaborating with third-party suppliers for defect management. Monitor, measure, control, and report to management on test progress, product quality, test results, and test completion. Provide leadership and guidance to the test team by promoting best practices, mentoring team members, and supporting their development through training and growth plans. Manage resources effectively to ensure maximum utilization, aligned with the project plan, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities also include system testing, covering test planning, test design, and execution to ensure end-to-end functionality; integration testing to verify module functionality in an integrated environment; and regression testing, which involves manual or automated testing of a subset of existing test scripts to maintain system integrity. Additionally, coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
