Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.

Our Team The FSGBU Learning & Development (L & D) team is responsible for conducting Internal & External (Customer and Partners) Trainings on various ORACLE Banking products.

  • Product Functional and Technical Training in ILT [Classroom Session] or Digital mode

      • Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (Core Banking)
      • Oracle Banking Corporate Lending
      • Oracle Banking Payments Product
      • Oracle Banking - Trade Finance
      • Oracle Banking - Treasury
      • Oracle Banking Branch
      • Enterprise Limits & Collateral Management (Credit Facilities)
      • Oracle FLEXCUBE Liquidity management
      • Oracle FLEXCUBE Virtual account management
      • Mid Office Processing products on Trade / Credit / Corporate Lending.
  • Training Collateral preparation which include presentations, videos, demos, assessments among others on the above products.
Your Opportunity
  • Knowledge of Banking and Oracle Banking products. Deliver Functional training on Oracle Banking suite of products for Customers and Internal audience. You would gain exposure to various banking products and acquire mastery on multiple banking product areas. You will be responsible for applying your extensive knowledge across products' functional features to deliver training to the diverse audience.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Practical Work experience in Banking/Finance domain. Candidate should have prior knowledge of Oracle Banking products/modules and have good Hands-on experience in Oracle Banking / Core Banking products (Across Business vertical of Retail / Corporate Loans & Risk Monitoring, Trade Finance, Treasury, Payments and Retail Liability).
  • Good knowledge / Exposure in Banking Business area (at least 4 of them) viz. Corporate loans (complete life cycle), Credit Risk & Monitoring, Treasury, Trade finance, Retail Banking, Payments/Clearing, Liquidity Management, Syndication & Teller Operations.
  • A flair for teaching and a passion for learning is a must; candidate must possess good presentation, communication, client-facing skills and open to short term travel (global).
  • Experience of having worked in teams and on mid to big sized projects. A good team player with the ability to be able to adapt and follow Oracle processes & compliant with Oracle Quality goals.
Your Responsibilities
  • Conducting the Oracle Banking Products trainings for customers, partners and internal audience
  • Preparation of Training Presentations, Videos, Demos, Assessments
  • Creating training curriculum in keeping with the requirements
  • Setting lab environments for the training and providing support and assisting participants in executing exercises
  • Assisting in evaluation of participants by way of exercises as well as creation of question bank to be administered to the participants.
Your Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with real-world knowledge in Banking domain; minimum 12 years of experience in Banking domain/Banking product.
  • In depth understanding of varied banking business areas and accounting/messaging flow in the various areas in core banking back-office operations.
  • Must possess good presentation and communication skills.
