Functional Consultant - Business Central#TeamEconix is in search of a Superstar Functional Consultant - Business CentralWork Location: Gurgaon or PuneWork Timings: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM ISTHybrid Work (Onsite and WFH)Econix InfoTech is a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner and provides software solutioning expertise to businesses in a wide range of industries and verticals and allowed enterprise operations to transform in response to shifts in business trends, technology and optimized implementation strategies.We are stacked with certified professionals supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central, AX/AX (D365B), AX/D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and CRM/D365 product offerings.As a Functional Consultant at Econix you will be working within different operational areas including Setup, Configuration, Training, Scope Documentation, Functional Design Document. You have a strong application experience in Manufacturing, Service or Retails industry. You will be involved in projects spanning both the existing client base as well as new business implementations.At Econix, your days are challenging where you will establish priorities, work in a collaborative environment and proceed with objectives without detailed supervision. You need to be extremely organized while balancing multiple project demands.Responsibilities:

• Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.
• Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.
• Train users on new process Dynamics 365 Business Central /Dynamics NAV functionality.
• Ability to document Fit-Gap requirements, estimate levels of effort, and prioritize based on need and complexity.
• Manage individual budget and scope of work.
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
• Experience with the creation and implementation of Test Plans.
• Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
• Formulating effective system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.
• Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 Business Central clients.

Education, Certifications and Experience:

• You have Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV implementation project experience in the Manufacturing, Service or Retail industry.
• Functional knowledge of the CRM, Projects, Service Management is a plus.
• Education in Business, Accounting, MIS, Engineering or equivalent; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years' experience functional experience in implementing Microsoft Navision (NAV) or Business Central (BC) required.
• Experience with Role Tailor Client in NAV 2013-NAV 2018 is required.
• Previous ERP implementation experience is required.
• Experience with ISV products such as LS Retail/ Central, LS Express, Zetadocs, Data masons is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
