The Role

Responsible for initial set-up and configuration
Create each requested company in Concur
Set up of the expense categories requested by the local business (incl. potential customization)
Support the build and connection of an automatic interface to the company\'s ERP system (where applicable)
Set up the users in Concur, respectively establish the automated interface to the staff database
Responsible for system testing end to end
Where applicable localize the system, incl. language, tax and specifics
Document the setup done
Provide System training and ongoing support
Provide initial user, approver and finance auditor training
Ensure quality of training materials
Provide second level support on technical issues
Troubleshoot in case of technical Concur issues
Coordinate with other teams in case of system problems, including Concur
Drive, follow up and implement change requests
Configure and provide Concur reporting files acc. to business needs

What we expect of you?

Experience within Finance/Travel and Expenses
Experience Concur (front-and backend of the system) is a big plus

Minimum 2 years\' experience ideally from working in international projects or global team.
Experience with ERP system is a big plus

Key competence

University degree in Finance/IT/HR or similar through experience
Fluent in English, additional languages is a plus
Minimum of 2 years work experience, ideally from working in international company

Experience of training, demonstra

tion of system to end users
Experience of running workshops

Experience of system documentation like manuals, user guides, power point presentations

Strong analytical thinking
Result oriented with a strong ability to execute
Well organized and systematic

Fast learner with the ability to understand business processes in the area of travel expense and IT related matters.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including communication with non-technical people
Service minded and customer oriented
Well organized, demonstrate efficient planning and organizing skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to integrate within a team and being an excellent networker.
