- Mobilization of beneficiaries from the local area to the NCD Screening camp.
- Coordinate with PRI members, FLWs (ASHA, ANM and AWW) and VHNSC members, in order to plan for Community Level Group Meetings for organizing Awareness programs on preventive care of NCDs at Village level.
- Organize social mobilization activities \xe2\x80\x93 Women Group Meetings, influencers meetings, religious leader meetings at Village Level .
- Conduct health awareness sessions near the camp area.
- Increasing access to services and creating demand for interventions by reaching the most vulnerable at Village and Habitation level.
- Ensuring the desirable number of beneficiaries attend per Camp.
- Assist GNM/BSC Nursing staff in carrying out Registration of patients , Lab tests,Telemedicine consultation with the doctor. Use of IT enabled application for data entry.
- Follow up of NCD Patients referred to the nearest govt health facility for Further management.
- Liaison with Local health authorities and local administration.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: 916,000.00 - 916,500.00 per month Benefits:
