Role Description

Hands-On Tech Lead for a Full stack Agile feature team building OPENSHIFT/GCP native microservices applications from scratch in Sustainability Finance Domain.

Design, development and upkeep of Angular/Reach Web Frontends, Springboot services that connect to Messaging and Rdbms stores leveraging Bank\'s cloud tool stack.

All round mentorship of teams and manning of Quality Gates to ensure adherence to architecture, security and performance standards.

Your key responsibilities

Hands-on Design and Development across UI, Business and Backend tiers.

• Evolve a clean, effective microservice design that reflects architectural vision and adheres to standards of processes and security.

• Lead technical collaboration among the team members as well as with shared entities such as UI Architects, Test Architects and POs

• Ensure quality gates like Code reviews, Test Coverage, Sonar Compliance and Performance Benchmarks are adhered to.

• Mentor the team, Remove technical impediments

• Participate in Tech decision meetings, Socialize outcomes.

Your skills and experience

Primary Skills

UI: Angular/React, NPM, API Integration, GRAPH QL,Angular testing, State Management using RxJS

LOGIC TIER: Java 8, Microservices with SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, OPENSHIFT/GCP, OOPS, Multithreading, Servlet Container Architecture , Software Security (Encryption, SSL, WEB Proxies, PKI, Authentication, Authorization), Error handling, JVM Monitoring, Distributed Systems Monitoring and Logging, Maven/Gradle, Kubernates and related concepts like Services, Routes, Admin Console, Volumes, Secrets, ConfigMaps, Code reviews, SONAR Governance

BACKEND: In-depth undersanding of Messaging, SQL, Liquibase, Transactions, Indexes, Grasp of Data Modelling

Good to have:

Zookeper, JBPM, DROOLS, SPLUNK, GRAPHQL,

NODEJS Familiarity, Enterprise Caching, , ESG Domain familiarity,

AWR Report Anlysis, SQL tuning, JIRA, BitBUcket, SCRUM, SAFE Agile
