: Job Responsibilities : 1. Define and monitor KPI\'s for TV service, Internet of Things (IoT) and Over the Top Media service (OTT) 2. Measure and monitor service outage and service degration 3. Analyse by building correlation with inputs from various data source like device, network, content and origin server to proactively monitor customer experience. 4. Take input to cross functional teams for enhancing service experience. 5. Work with Analytics and Automation team for creating dashboard 6. Time to time audit of process through the life cycle journey of customer and monitor experience. 7. Work closely with analytics team to create new set of KPI\'s for improving customer experience. 8. Use probes and tools to analyze user and platform behavior and suggest for improvement in performance. 9. Ensure adherence to standard operating process to achieve end objectives Skills & Competencies : 1. Knowledge of video technologies such as MPEG TS, HLS, DASH CMAF etc 2. Analytical Skills 3.
