Department Description Operational Delivery Group is responsible for end-to-end delivery of the transformation and change initiatives impacting the Retail Operations. Retail Operations is responsible for a broad range of operational processes on behalf of the Global Distribution business, whereby they control a series of vital operational functions including scanning of client documentation, automated and manual Dealing, Pricing of our Onshore, Offshore and platform fund ranges, Transfers, Re-registration, Client account management, Retirement and payment, and Collection of fees. The role will be full time with contractual period of 9 months, wherein the Specialist will be working with the Leads and Managers to support with steering transformation and change across Retail Operations. He/she will be expected to participate as an SME in discussions and assist in identifying impact, gathering requirements, testing and conducting business readiness and post go-live support. In addition, person would be expected to support with Project management operational activities, while working closely with Retail Operations, Technology, and Platform Technical Support Services (PTSS) teams to work on any MI reporting needs. The key responsibilities of Specialist will be as follows: Understand the Retail Operational processes and build SME knowledge and competency. Participate in requirement gathering discussions to ensure solution designed for Retail Operations is efficient and effective. Test the process codes in the lower environments. Conduct business readiness activities so the change lands effectively for the retail operational teams. Participate and lead the cross-functional team meetings. Document and track any risks and issues and maintain a register with mitigation strategies. Prepare weekly progress reports and presentations using key metrics. Support weekly and monthly compliance tracking process and analysis. Participate in project reviews throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure quality and efficiency. Post content on internal networking portals and document library. Work with the Program Managers to govern project change requests. Following experience and qualification will be required for the Specialist to perform effectively in the role. Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification may be advantageous. An experienced S.CSA/ Process Specialist with a prior experience on working in Retail operations. Minimum of 5 years of experience of having worked in a large and complex, multi-geography organization. Strong working knowledge of processes and technology used with in Retail operations Embrace the Agile philosophy and continuously seek feedback and improve the governance. Experience of working in Transformation & Change domain, especially for the enterprise-wide change initiatives. Good background in testing with experience of working in various types of manual testing. Good quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, ensuring appropriate escalation and management attention is called, when applicable. Excellent organizational and leadership skills (successfully lead and managed end-to-end technology services and or technology operations) with ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise. Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills as well as ability to create and present options in professional, clear, and concise fashion to aid stakeholder engagement, and enable effective decision making. Tenacious self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability with a strong bias towards action and results. Team player, but able to work unsupervised or in virtual teams.
