Knowledge of various machining processes, types of machining operations, types of machines, types of tooling etc.
Knowledge of NC programs, types of clamping, jigs and fixtures used in machining
Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with Supplier, QC, Logistics and Design
Sound knowledge of machining of fabricated assemblies, structures, castings and critical components
Sound knowledge of linear and geometric tolerances.
Soft Skills: good hands-on on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD etc.
Need frequent travelling to supplier premises and flexible for his presence as and when required based on project need
Execution and expedition of machining activities at Supplier Premises
Resolution of drawing queries
Coordination with QC, Supplier, Design and logistics
Carrying out the internal inspection along with supplier
