Job Title: Full Stack Developer InsureMO Platform


Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and API development, and hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating insurance solutions using modern technologies and InsureMO middleware. Experience in the Property and Casualty insurance domain is desirable but not mandatory.


Key Responsibilities


Design and develop scalable Java-based applications and APIs for insurance products


Integrate and configure services using the InsureMO platform including microservices and middleware components


Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions


Build and maintain front-end components using frameworks such as Angular or React


Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices


Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack


Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery


Stay updated on InsureMO platform capabilities and industry trends to enhance solution design


Required Skills and Qualifications


6 to 10 years of experience in full stack development using Java and related technologies


Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services


Hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform including API orchestration and service configuration


Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React


Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA


Good understanding of microservices architecture and cloud deployment


Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in Property and Casualty insurance is desirable


InsureMO certification or formal training


Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes


Experience working in Agile environments and with global insurance clients
