- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through retail and channel sales.- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in the region.- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive repeat business.- Engage with walk-in customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable products.- Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.- Ensure effective product display, visual merchandising, and in-store promotions.- Track inventory, ensure stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic inputs.- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.- Support marketing initiatives, promotional events, and product launches.
