Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Front Office Supervisor
to oversee daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth guest experiences, supervise the front office team, and maintain high service standards in line with hotel policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room allocation.
Lead, guide, and train Front Office Associates in guest handling and service delivery.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to hotel SOPs and standards.
Handle guest requests, queries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments for seamless guest service.
Oversee reservations, room inventory, rate control, and guest folios as needed.
Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and audit procedures at the front desk.
Conduct shift briefings, allocate tasks, and support scheduling and duty rosters.
Assist the Front Office Manager in preparing reports and evaluating team performance.
Perform additional duties assigned by management as required.

Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of hotel PMS/reservation systems (preferred).
Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in Front Office operations; supervisory experience is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills may also be considered.
