Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Team Supervision
Supervise front desk staff (receptionists, bellhops, concierge).
Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
Administrative Duties
Maintain records of guest information and transactions.
Prepare reports (occupancy, revenue, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
Relay important information to staff and management.
Ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
Cash & Billing Management
Oversee billing and payment processes.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and financial discrepancies.
