The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional service to guests. This role supports the Front Office Manager in supervising the front desk team, managing guest relations, handling complaints, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide front office staff (receptionists, concierge, bell staff) during assigned shifts.
Ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and accurate guest billing.
Address guest concerns, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor front desk operations to ensure adherence to hotel policies and quality standards.
Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service levels.
Maintain front office supplies, systems, and guest amenities inventory.
Prepare and submit shift reports, daily occupancy, and revenue data as required.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
Handle escalated issues or emergencies in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Ensure security of guest information and compliance with data protection policies.
Promote upselling of rooms and services to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in front office or guest service roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
