Supervise front desk activities, including guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments.
Ensure efficient handling of guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
Support and train front office associates in guest service standards and operational procedures.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth room operations.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and guest folios for accuracy.
Maintain front desk logs, reports, and shift checklists.
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and group check-ins/check-outs.
Ensure adherence to resort SOPs, grooming standards, and safety policies.
Assist the Front Office Manager in daily reports and performance monitoring.
