Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and support the Front Office team in day-to-day operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries. Ensure that all front desk procedures and service standards are followed consistently. Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor room availability, occupancy, and rate accuracy through coordination with the Reservation and Housekeeping departments. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area. Train, motivate, and guide front office associates to deliver courteous and efficient service. Verify cashier transactions, billing accuracy, and maintain shift reports and cash floats. Oversee night audits and ensure all front office records are accurate and updated. Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) for smooth guest service. Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and confidentiality standards for guests and staff. Assist the Front Office Manager in preparing duty rosters and performance evaluations.
