Job Responsibilities:
Need to supervise the team.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure front desk is tidy.
Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
Handle complaints and specific customers requests.
Troubleshoot emergencies
Monitor stock and order office supplies.
Ensure proper mail distribution.
Ensure company's policies and security requirements are met.
